Listen to me! These folks know what they are doing. They stood up for me when no one else would do so. I want to personally thank Curt and Irv for all the time and effort they put into my workers comp case. Curt always took the time to take my calls and listen to my concerns. Curt never turned me away when I would stop by to see him. Irv was available to answer my calls 7 days a week. I don't know any lawyer that does that for clients. My family went to the Philpot Law Firm after a bad vehicle accident. We didn't know what to do after a driver exceeding the speed limit totalled our car and caused injuries. The other insurance company said we were partially at fault even though the Highway Patrolman said otherwise. The folks at Philpot's excepted our case. They handled everything for us. It took me a while to write this review because this was the final chapter of my father’s life, and afterwards, the real grieving process began.
My family and I had the privilege of working with Irv and Mr. Curt, and it truly felt like being supported by family throughout the entire process. Mr. Curt guided my mother and I through each step with care and clarity, ensuring we always understood what to expect. His patience with our grieving family was deeply appreciated.
Irv is not only an excellent attorney but also a kind and compassionate person. His positive outlook on life and willingness to pray with my family touched us deeply. My mother lovingly referred to him as a “good ol’ southern lawyer.”
We also worked with Liz on another issue concerning my father, and she, too, was incredibly kind and sensitive to the matter. The compassion shown by everyone at the Philpot Law Firm was heartfelt and genuine.
In the end, we were able to find closure, and for that, I am forever grateful. Philpot Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend and it was a great decision. Irv and Curt are amazing. I got injured at work and they took care of me throughout the process. They are genuine, honest, prayerful and hard working. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and how and what laws governed the decisions made. My experience with Philpot Law Firm was professional, pleasant, and above my expectations from start to finish! I have never needed the services of an attorney other than real estate closings and creating a will. I would highly recommend the Philpot Law firm. I was in a severe car accident and I thought I had no hope in getting fair treatment due to the circumstances. A friend recommended myself, I recommend a friend and so on and so forth. You can feel the love as soon as you step in the building. They are very reasonable and they take care of anything.
