Whether you choose to walk, run or bike, this is a fun activity for the whole family with some great stops along the way like Furman University and the Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery.
Falls Park on The Reedy
Falls Park on The Reedy is one of the Upstate’s crown jewels. Located in the heart of downtown Greenville, you can walk to your favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and stores or get away from the Main Street activities and just enjoy the scenery of the park. Whether you’re having a family picnic next to the Reedy River or just passing through on the way to your dinner reservation, Falls Park is a must-see in Greenville.
Paris Mountain State Park

Paris Mountain State Park is home to 15 miles of hiking and biking trails and several picnic shelters and camping sites. If you’re staying for the weekend, or just spending the afternoon exploring, this is a great place to escape to!
The Greenville Zoo
The Greenville Zoo has been around for over 50 years now and is home to animals from all over the world! From giraffes and anteaters to spider monkeys and lions, this is a fun spot to take the kids for a day out. You can also find downloadable activities on their website to keep the fun going. Cleveland Park is located downtown and offers 122 acres of tennis courts, volleyball courts, playgrounds and more! The Swamp Rabbit Trail runs through the park and the zoo is located within the park as well. Whether you’re getting a workout in, letting the kids play on the playground, or just passing through on your bike, this is a great area full of activity.
